Puma / Vimby.com invited me again on the Gumball3000. 3000 miles, 130 cars, 7 cities, 2 continents. This years route was London- Amsterdam-Copenhaugen, Denmark - Stockholm, Sweden, cars and participants then fly to Boston, MA - Quebec City, Canada - Toronto, Canada - Times Square, New York City. I operated primarily as a one man crew and my mission was to produce 8 live videos, which I had to produce on the road (below) and 8 more developed episodes documenting the rally from the experience of team Puma and a few other teams.
Live content. Working gumball is literally working eight twenty hour days in a row. I produced these videos daily on the trip, editing in the back of a car or late night after the parties.
Modball invited me on the West Coast portion of this years Modball USA to produce some videos. The trip was a lot of fun and I look forward to the next one. Big ups to Aaron Guardado for letting me get a seat in his BMW M5. San Francisco - Los Angeles - San Diego, Pheonix AZ, - Las Vegas
One thing I have learned being a freelance videographer is never turn down work because you never really know when your next job is going to be. Every once in a while I get to fill in for Lumitone and shoot a wedding here and there. Working with these guys has been awesome. The work may not be as exciting as the gumball or some of my other projects but it is very gratifying. everyone at the company are amazing at what they do and I have learned a lot from working with them.
